Convenient location near Porta San Matteo and the town center. Easy access to nearby villages and attractions. Spacious and clean apartment with authentic furnishings. Communal washing machine available. Free parking provided in a large interior private court. Adequate bathroom and hot water. Comfortable even in July with a portable fan. Some apartments equipped with a small fridge and kitchen. Ideal for launching expeditions to Sienna or exploring the area. WiFi connection, although slow.
None, felt like home, and the staff were always helpful and accommodating.

Location, location, location. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
Lots of cobwebs... The cleaning could definitely have been better. Very dated as well. The room was also unbelievably hot as it was a warm weekend but without airconditioning, that's what you're going to get. It was cheap but really should have been even cheaper, considering the standard.

We got lost on arrival, but the host's son came to meet us and directed us back to the property. the apartment we stayed in was spacious, clean, and authentically fitted out. It was a little more basic than the photos suggest, but had everything we needed and we were very comfortable. the location is spot on, adjacent to one of the town entrances, and close to all the attractions and restaurants. The apartment had a communal washing machine available, which was useful. Cons: Everything was fantastic! 🌟.

The two-room apartment at Fattoria Guicciardini was a cozy and comfortable space that felt like home. The well-lit double bedroom provided a peaceful retreat after a busy day exploring, and the large lounge area was perfect for unwinding. The apartment had a lovely bathroom with a bath, which was great for relaxing and taking a long soak after a day of sightseeing. The windows in the apartment allowed for natural light to flood in and provided a charming view of the historic Via Cellolese, adding to the overall ambiance.
Personally, I would have preferred more bathrooms in the apartment, as there was only one with a bath. However, I understand that this might not be a concern for everyone and it did not greatly impact our stay.

The location was excellent, just inside the Medieval wall. The bed was the best one I found in Italian hotels. The owner gave us his self made wine as welcome gift.
Nothing to complain from my point of view. People may not like the fact that it is an apartment and not really a hotel with all services included. Another point is that checking-out after 19:00 may be dangerous since you may not find the personnel.

The location was excellent; very close the old city center. The apartment was 14th century, and typical Toscany style. We had living room, kitchen two bedrooms and of course bathroom, all very reasonable price. The other towns Sienna, Florence and many other towns are all around.
The traffic was little noisy. There was no aircondition. But it´s ok.

The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the heart of a charming Tuscan village. The spaciousness of our apartment was a pleasant surprise and the rooms were clean. Despite some minor inconveniences like the lack of an electric jug and basic kitchen supplies, we enjoyed our stay. The Wi-Fi worked well in the living room and we were able to explore the nearby wineries and restaurants easily. I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and good value.
